  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Fresh pepper

  • Fresh ginger
  • Garlic
  • Groundnut oil
  • Goat meat
  • Curry leaves
  • Curry powder
  • Seasoning cubes
  • Salt
  • Water

Method
 

  1. Wash and blend the tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, and fresh pepper.
  2. Boil the blended mixture.
  3. Strain the mixture and reserve the liquid.
  4. Cook the goat meat using the reserved tomato liquid and seasonings.
  5. Fry sliced onions in groundnut oil.
  6. Add the strained tomato mixture.
  7. Stir in the seasoning cubes, curry powder, salt, and curry leaves.
  8. Add the cooked goat meat.
  9. Simmer until the stew reaches your preferred consistency.
  10. Serve hot with your favourite side dish.
