Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cups cottage cheese
  • - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • - 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • - 1 garlic clove
  • - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • - ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • - Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  5. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
  6. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or pita chips.
