Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, milk, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.

Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a loaf pan.

In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make the glaze.

Spread half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and spread the remaining glaze over the top.

Return to the oven and bake for another 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
