Ingredients
  

  • For the Meatloaf
  • 2 pounds ground beef 80/20 recommended
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • For the Glaze
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Method

  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, milk, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.

  6. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.

  8. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a loaf pan.

  10. In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make the glaze.
